T-1530 by Suoshi Chemical is a caprolactam closed isocyanate polymer used as a curing agent in polyurethane powder coating. Film made with it has a full and fine surface, high hardness and excellent weather resistance. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. Recommended usage level is 13-30%. T-1530 has a shelf life of 2 years at room temperature less than 30°C.
T-302 by Suoshi Chemical is a wax-free and resin based, outdoor physical matting agent for use in TGIC system. It provides excellent levelling and surface fullness with low consumption. It is suitable for black systems and maintains gloss and color stability even under over-baking conditions. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. The recommended dosage is 1-4.5%. T-302 has a shelf life of 2 years when ambient temperature is below 30°C.
T-101 by Suoshi Chemical is a sand texturing agent. It is a fluoride modified copolymer for excellent matt powder coatings with wear-resistance and sand texture. It offers good dispersion and gloss stability in comparison with other competitive products. It is silicon-free and provides excellent film hardness, smoothness and anti-scratch performance. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. It is designed for low-cost formulations with the recommended dosage level of 0.3%-0.8%. T-101 has a shelf life of 2 years.
