It is a diethylene glycol-phthalic anhydride-based polyester polyol. It exhibits hydrolysis resistance, good bonding profile, very good thermal stability and primary hydroxyl advantage. It may promote adhesion to a variety of metal and plastic substrates. STEPANPOL® PD-56 is used in concrete-, floor- and UV curable coatings.
