Augeo® SL 191 by Solvay is a racemic mixture (+/-)-2,2-dimethyl-4-hydroxymethyl-1,3-dioxolane. It is a bio-based solvent designed for automotive OEM coatings, industrial & protective coatings and printing inks. It is non-corrosive with light odor and toxicity. It is based on renewable resources, exhibits low volatility.
