Texicote® 03-134 by Scott Bader is an aqueous emulsion of vinyl-acrylic copolymer developed for high VOC exterior paints. Suitable for use as a thermoreactive binder for non-woven fabric or lamination. Texicote® 03-134 provides good water resistance to the final clear film. Vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion. Used for exterior light-reflective coatings and high-quality pigmented surface coatings. Offers very good binding properties.
