It is a low volatility monomer trifunctional monomer offering fast cure response in free radical polymerization.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It provides weatherability, hardness and shows chemical-, water-, abrasion- and heat resistance.</li> <li> It is suggested for use in glass, metal, wood, PVC floor, and alkyd coatings.</li> <li> It complies with TSCA, EINECS, ELINCS, NZIoC, AICS, ENCS, PICCS, IECSC and KECL.</li> <li> SR 350 has a shelf life of 12 months.</li> </ul> SR 499 NS by Sartomer (Arkema Group) is an ethoxylated (6) trimethylolpropane triacrylate. It is trifunctional. It is a low skin irritation, fast curing monomer. Exhibits weatherability, hardness, scratch resistance, and many other high performance characteristics. SR 499 NS is suitable for use in rapid cure technologies like UV/EB curing. SR 610 by Sartomer (Arkema Group) is a polyethylene glycol (600) diacrylate. It is water soluble and offers low skin irritation as well as low shrinkage. It does not support high temperatures, localized heat sources (drum or band heaters), oxidizing conditions, freezing conditions, direct sunlight, ultraviolet radiation, and inert gas blanketing. SR 610 is polar and exhibits flexibility as well as impact strength. Possesses an incompatibility with strong oxidizers, strong reducers, free radical initiators, inert gases, and oxygen scavengers. SR 9050 by Sartomer (Arkema Group) is a monofunctional adhesion promoting monomer. Provides exceptional adhesion to metal substrates, including aluminum, brass, tin-free steel and steel. Also provides good adhesion, high flexibility, high impact strength and low shrinkage. It is designed for UV/EB cured inks as well as in glass- and metal-coatings. Its recommended usage level is 3-7 % by weight. SR 9050 complies with AICS, DSL, IECSC, ENCS, ECL, EINECS and PICCS. SR 550 by Sartomer (Arkema Group) is a mono-functional monomer. Recommended as a versatile chemical intermediate for coatings & polymer modification. It features an excellent wetting, water solubility, low Tg, and fast surface cure. SR550 exhibits good adhesion, high flexibility and low shrinkage. It does not support high temperatures, localized heat sources (drum or band heaters), oxidizing conditions, freezing conditions, direct sunlight, ultraviolet radiation, and inert gas blanketing. SR 550 possesses an incompatibility with strong oxidizers, strong reducers, free radical initiators, inert gases, and oxygen scavengers. SR -541 by Sartomer (Arkema Group) is a monomer. It has low volatility and low odor. Provides a good hydrophobic and hydrophilic balance, adhesion, low shrinkage, hardness, impact strength, flexibility, water-, heat-, chemical- and abrasion resistance. SR -541 complies with AICS, DSL, IECSC, NZIoC, ENCS and ECL. SR 9053 by Sartomer (Arkema Group) enhances adhesion of coating formulations to metal, plastic, rubber, and glass. It exhibits good chemical resistance, good hardness, good water resistance, high flexibility and high abrasion resistance. It does not support high temperatures, localized heat sources (drum or band heaters), oxidizing conditions, freezing conditions, direct sunlight, ultraviolet radiation, and inert gas blanketing. The adhesion promoter is at 3-7%. SR 9053 is not recommended for use with amines. SR 295 NS by Sartomer (Arkema Group) is a pentaerythritol tetraacrylate. It is a low skin irritation tetrafunctional monomer. Exhibits weatherability, hardness, scratch resistance, and many other high-performance characteristics. SR 295 NS is suitable for use in rapid cure technologies like UV/EB curing. SR 368D NS by Sartomer (Arkema Group) is a tris (2-hydroxy ethyl) isocyanurate triacrylate. It is trifunctional. It is a clear liquid triazin compound which is used in free radical polymerization. Exhibits weatherability, hardness, scratch resistance, and many other high-performance characteristics. SR 368D NS is suitable for use in rapid cure technologies like UV/EB curing. SR 508 NS by Sartomer (Arkema Group) is a dipropylene glycol diacrylate. It is difunctional. It is an excellent low viscosity, economical diluent that can replace hexane diol diacrylate in most applications. Exhibits weatherability, hardness, scratch resistance, and many other high-performance characteristics. SR 508 NS is suitable for use in rapid cure technologies like UV/EB curing.
