Sarbox® SB400 by Sartomer (Arkema Group) is a carboxylic acid and anhydride containing methacrylate oligomer blended in 2-methoxy propanol (PM alcohol) solvent. Provides excellent high gloss aqueous development. Offers hybrid cure systems, fast cure speed, hardness, low shrinkage and excellent copper adhesion. It has a high acid number for alkali strippability. Possesses good solvent-, acid-, chemical-, heat-, water- and abrasion resistance. Its solvent part is soluble in water but resin is insoluble. Suggested applications include metal, plastic, and wood coatings. Sarbox® SB500E50 by Sartomer (Arkema Group) is carboxylic acid and anhydride containing methacrylate oligomer blended in ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate monomer. It contains 100% reactive solids. Offers good cure speed, good gloss characteristics, excellent adhesion to metals & plastic and good pigment dispersibility. Provides good hardness and high impact strength. Possesses good chemical-, heat-, water- and abrasion resistance. Suggested applications include metal, paper, plastic, and wood coatings. Sarbox® SB500E50 is also applicable for flexographic, gravure, and screen inks. Complies with IECSC (China) and ENCS (Japan). Sarbox® SR9054 by Sartomer (Arkema Group) acts as an adhesion promoter. It is a difunctional oligomer in the form of aromatic acid methacrylate half ester and aromatic acid acrylate half ester blends in solvent or monomer. It is a clear liquid acid acrylate for use in ultra violet and electron beam curing compositions. Suitable for automotive/ transportation coatings and packaging/ paper coatings & inks. Sarbox® SR9054 is recommended for metal and glass coatings. Sarbox® SR9054 by Sartomer (Arkema Group) is an oligomer in the form of aromatic acid methacrylate half ester and aromatic acid acrylate half ester blends in solvent or monomer. It is a difunctional adhesion promoter. It is a clear liquid acid acrylate for use in ultra violet and electron beam curing compositions. Sarbox® SR9050 by Sartomer (Arkema Group) is an acrylate grade. It is an acidic monofunctional adhesion promoter. Provides exceptional adhesion to metal substrates, including aluminum, brass, tin-free steel and steel. Available in Africa & Middle-East and Europe. Sarbox® SR9050 is suitable for use in ultraviolet and electron beam cured inks and coatings.
