POLURENE TPI 27 EA by SAPICI (Sun Chemical) is Tris (p-isocyanatophenyl) thiophosphate isocyanate-based adhesion promoter. It is developed for the formulation of products with good adhesion on melamine paper. It is also suitable for substrates contaminated by residual release agent. POLURENE TPI 27 EA is designed for solvent-based wood and plastic coatings. POLURENE M 75 BA by Sapici is aliphatic polyisocyanate biuret of hexamethylene diisocyanates (HDI). It exhibits high flexibility. It is suitable for the formulation of no yellowing 2K PU coating and stoving enamel. POLURENE M 75 BA is recommended for building & construction, inks, metal-, wood- and plastic- coatings. POLURENE BK 1175 by Sapici is a solvent-borne blocked polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanates (HDI). Designed for solvent-based, direct-to-metal (DTM) coatings including non-yellowing 1K PU stoving enamels and 1K pigmented enamel for coil coating. POLURENE BK 1175 offers high performance properties, as well as flexibilizes and increases the adhesion properties. POLURENE MT 90 BA by Sapici is aliphatic hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) trimer with high toughness. It is suitable for the formulation of non-yellowing 2K PU coating and stoving enamels. POLURENE MT 90 BA is recommended for building & construction, inks, metal-, wood- and plastic- coatings. POLURENE T 70 by Sapici is aliphatic polyisocyanate trimer of isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI). It is suitable for the formulation of high demanding 2K PU coatings. It exhibits good film formation, high light fastness and outdoor resistance. POLURENE T 70 is recommended for building & construction, inks, metal-, wood- and plastic- coatings. POLURENE BK 1177 is a solvent-borne, less-hazardous, hexamethylene diisocyanates (HDI)-based blocked polyisocyanate by Sapici. It flexibilizes and increases the adhesion. POLURENE BK 1177 is used in solvent-based metal coatings including high performance, non-yellowing 1K PU stoving systems. POLURENE HRBS by Sapici is an aromatic, fast curing isocyanurate with low free toluene diisocyanate (TDI) content. Used in inks, high-quality sealers, topcoats and solvent-based coatings for building & constructions, wood, metal and plastics. POLURENE HRBS offers high hardness and limited yellowing. POLURENE OK K by Sapici is aliphatic polyisocyanate. It is used in the formulation of fast curing 2K overprint varnish. POLURENE OK K is recommended for high gloss system. It is suitable for solvent-based & solvent-free coatings. POLURENE 0780 K is a film forming, aliphatic polyurethane resin by Sapici. Possesses good printing quality even in high speed processes. Designed for the formulation of flexo and gravure nitrocellulose-PU, PVB-PU and full-PU solvent-based inks. POLURENE 0780 K offers higher adhesion compared to plasticizer PUs. POLURENE OK HP by Sapici is an aromatic, toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and hexamethylene diisocyanates (HDI)-based mixed isocyanurate. POLURENE OK HP is used in inks and solvent-based coatings for buildings & construction, wood, metal and plastics.
