RUCO-COAT® AC 2510 by Rudolf Group is a formaldehyde-free, anionic, highly concentrated aqueous acrylic acid ester dispersion. It has very high solid content and high resistance to washing of cross-linked coating. It exhibits excellent compatibility with flame retardants and fluorocarbons. It is suitable for crosslinking, transparent, soft elastic, weakly tacky film. RUCO-COAT® AC 2510 is used in paste and foam coatings, base- and multi coatings. RUCO-COAT EC 4811 by Rudolf Group is an aliphatic polyether polyurethane dispersion. Provides good resistance to washing, dry cleaning and hydrolysis. Gives good light fastness, high water vapor permeability and good hydrostatic head. Suitable for solvent-free transfer coatings on knitwear or woven fabrics. RUCO-COAT EC 4811 is used in breathable paste coating and transfer coatings. RUCO-COAT FR 2200 by Rudolf Group is an antimony-free, halogen-free, pigment-free flame retardant. RUCO-COAT TH 5020 by Rudolf Group is a highly concentrated synthetic thickener for aqueous polymeric dispersions. Only small quantities increase the viscosity significantly. Is a rheology modifier. Modifies the flow properties/behaviour of coating pastes and improves the levelness in the padding process when combined with binder systems. RUCO-COAT AD 7055 is used in coatings and padding processes. RUCO-COAT AD 7000 by Rudolf Group is an emulsion of synthetic and natural waxes. Is an additive in combination with aqueous polymeric dispersions for effect coatings (Barbour wax-like handle). Confers a soft and wax-like handle to the coating. Reduces the stickiness and hardness of polymer binders. RUCO-COAT AD 7000 is used in coatings and pigment printing.
