Replakryl® (Coating ingredients)

Replakryl® 924 by Resins & Plastics is a thermosetting acrylic resin designed for metal coatings, thermosetting inks for metal surface, and 2K acid cured wood finishes. It is used in combination with amino resins for baking finishes. Replakryl® 924 can be backed with R-5802, R-5803 and R-5804 melamine formaldehyde resins with the ratio of 75:25 or 80:20 based on solids.
Replakryl® 936 M by Resins & Plastics is a hydroxyl functional acrylic resin, cross-linkable with poly isocyanates. It offers excellent color, gloss, mechanical- and chemical resistance. It provides good appearance and pigment dispersibility. Replakryl® 936 M is ideal for clear or pigmented-, metal- and industrial coatings. It is used for metallizing over lacquers. It shows compatibility with variety of film formers viz cellulose ester, vinyl resin, and with CAB 531-1 and 551-0.2 grade.
Replakryl® 920 by Resins & Plastics is an acrylic polymer solution that can be formulated as pigmented coatings or clear lacquers. It is designed for glossy lacquers for paver block and metals. Replakryl® 920 is fast drying and dries by just solvent evaporation. It has limited compatibility with alcohols and aliphatic hydrocarbons.
Replakryl® R-920 B by Resins & Plastics is a thermoplastic acrylic resin designed for glossy lacquers for paver block and metals etc. It can be formulated as pigmented coatings. Replakryl® R-920 B is fast drying and dries by just solvent evaporation. It has limited compatibility with alcohols and aliphatic hydrocarbons.
Replakryl® 921 by Resins & Plastics is a fast drying thermoplastic acrylic polymer used for glossy lacquers for plastics and brass. It can be formulated as thermoplastic inks and pigmented coatings. It dries by just solvent evaporation. Replakryl® 921 is designed for automotive finishes and metallic shades in air drying systems in combination with NC or alone. It has limited compatibility with alcohols and aliphatic hydrocarbons.
Replakryl® 912 by Resins & Plastics is an acrylic polymer solution designed for flexible thermoplastic coatings or to plasticize the hard thermoplastic coatings. It dries by only solvent evaporation. Replakryl® 912 is a fast-drying resin that can be formulated into pigmented coatings or clear lacquers. It has limited compatibility with alcohols and aliphatic hydrocarbons.
Replakryl® 922 by Resins & Plastics is a low cost thermosetting acrylic resin combined with amino resin. It is designed for industrial-, metal- and aircraft interior coatings. It delivers excellent color, gloss and mechanical- and chemical resistance. It also offers good UV resistance, appearance and pigment dispersibility. Replakryl® 922 is recommended for clear and pigmented coatings for metallizing over lacquers. It has limited solubility in aliphatic hydrocarbons and alcohols.
Replakryl® 933 by Resins & Plastics is acrylic resin. It exhibits excellent flow, gloss and durability. Recommended for industrial OEM. It is applicable to metal & plastic substrate and wood finish applications. Replakryl® 933 is also designed for two-pack polyurethane-based coating system.
Replakryl® 927 by Resins & Plastics is acrylic resin. It exhibits excellent gloss, fast drying and fast curing with low isocyanate demand. It can be diluted in xylene. Replakryl® 927 is recommended for high performance two-pack polyurethane-based coating system applications.
Replakryl® 923 by Resins & Plastics is a thermosetting acrylic resin. It exhibits excellent adhesion, gloss and color retention. It can be diluted in xylene and butanol. Replakryl® 923 is used in general-purpose stoving, finishes for OEM and domestic appliances.
