Rosin modified maleic resin. Is slight color transparent solid, which is adduct of gum rosin and maleic anhydride through the esterification of glycerol and charge the heating as well as light stability. Used for marking the traffic paint, which has good resistance to crushing, resistance to crocking, abrasion resistance, appropriate leveling and fast drying. Also has good resistance to yellow and ageing resistance.
Alcohol soluble maleic resin. Possesses fast drying and high gloss. Used for alcohol soluble intaglio printing inks, gloss oil polish and water-based inks.
Rosin modified phenolic resin. Is the condensation product of rosin, phenol as well as formaldehyde and esterification by glycerol. Possesses high softening point, high hardness, fast drying and high gloss. Used for making planographic offset printing ink.
