AMBERLAC® 13-038 by Reichhold (Polynt) is a vinyl toluene-modified alkyd resin supplied in VM&P Naphtha. Offers low viscosity for one-coat finishes, good gloss & color, and aliphatic solvent tolerance. Compatible with short & medium oil alkyds, aromatic solvents, aliphatic solvents and amino resins. AMBERLAC® 13-038 is recommended for aerosol finishes, toy enamels, coatings for plastics, industrial primers and topcoats. The product has a shelf life of at least 6 months. AMBERLAC® 4400 by Reichhold (Polynt) is a styrene modified alkyd resin. Exhibits fast drying, high gloss, excellent hardness, excellent adhesion and good melamine crosslinkability. AMBERLAC® 4400 is recommended for industrial enamels. AMBERLAC® 15-255 by Reichhold (Polynt) is a urethane modified alkyd resin. Exhibits fast air dry, excellent scratch resistance, and good UV resistance. Offers high abrasion- & chemical resistance, and excellent humidity resistance. AMBERLAC® 15-255 is recommended for solventborne 1k PU systems for wood, floor and marine varnishes. AMBERLAC® 15-264 by Reichhold (Polynt) is a resinous phenolic oil modified alkyd resin diluted in aromatic solvent. Exhibits fast drying, excellent gloss, and good adhesion. AMBERLAC® 15-264 is suitable to be used as a vehicle for aluminum paints and quick drying inks. Recommended for air dry or forced cure enamels, primers, varnishes, interior drums enamels, roller applied paints or as a grinding vehicle. AMBERLAC® P 885 by Reichhold (Polynt) is a phenolic rosin modified alkyd resin. Exhibits fast drying, high gloss, excellent adhesion over some plastics. Offers high abrasion resistance and high chemical resistance. AMBERLAC® P 885 is recommended for industrial enamels & primers, and architectural enamels & clears. Dehydrated castor oil based acrylic modified alkyd. Used in quick dry OEM enamels and coatings for some plastics. Offers good weathering. AMBERLAC® 15-242 by Reichhold (Polynt) is a high viscosity phenolic rosin modified alkyd resin. Exhibits fast air dry, high gloss, and high hardness. Offers low solids content, and excellent abrasion resistance. AMBERLAC® 15-242 is recommended for industrial primers, car refinish primers & enamels and architectural enamels & clears. Acrylic-modified alkyd. Used in baking finishes, drum enamels, automotive and truck refinishing enamels, industrial maintenance topcoats. Shows compatibility with thermoplastic acrylics. It offers fast air drying and baking properties, good color retention and outdoor durability. It also provides good adhesion, fabricating properties, excellent hardness and mar resistance. AMBERLAC® 13-037-60 by Reichhold (Polynt) is a soyabean oil alkyd resin modified with vinyl toluene monomer, in toluene. Offers excellent solubility in mineral spirits & aromatic solvents, good adhesion, good gloss, and fast air dry characteristic. AMBERLAC® 13-037-60is recommended for enamels to apply hand lay up or spray lay up, tool enamels, primers and air dry & baking temperature industrial enamels. AMBERLAC® 21-013 by Reichhold (Polynt) is an acrylic modified alkyd resin. Exhibits fast drying, excellent flexibility, high gloss, alkali resistance and melamine crosslinkablility. AMBERLAC® 21-013 is recommended for roller collapsible tube and metalgraphic enamels.
