Provichem® 2511 Eco by Proviron is a bio-based dimethyl succinate (DMS). It is a non-toxic solvent suitable for aquatic organisms. Acts as a coalescing agent for emulsion paints in low VOC coating applications. It is commercially produced with Biosuccinium™, sustainable succinic acid. Used as a raw material in the manufacturing of DMSS, which is further processed to produce quinacridone pigments. Provichem® 2511 Eco is miscible with alcohols, ethers, ketones and most hydrocarbons.
