SiSiB® PC3400 by Power Chemical is a gamma-glycidoxypropylmethyldimethoxysilane. It is a clear, colorless and low-odor liquid. Acts as an adhesion promoter. SiSiB® PC3400 is used in urethane- and epoxy coatings. SiSiB® PC2710 by Power Chemical is a 3-isocyanatepropyltrimethoxysilane. It acts as a cross-linker and adhesion promoter. Exhibits functionalization of numerous compounds with active hydrogen atoms. Hydrolyzes in the presence of moisture to form silanols which can react with themselves to produce siloxanes. Provides good wet adhesion to glass, metal and other inorganic substrates. SiSiB® PC2710 shows good- thermal, -chemical and UV stable performance. SiSiB® PC1710 by Power Chemical is a (N-phenyl amino) methyltrimethoxysilane. It acts as a cross-linker, water scavenger and adhesion promoter. It is a novel alpha silane. Can accelerate hydrolysis reaction compared to (amino-propyl) silanes. SiSiB® PC1710 exhibits compatibility with glass, metal oxides, aluminum hydroxide, kaolin, wollastonite, mica and pigments. SiSiB® PC1100 by Power Chemical is a gamma-aminopropyl triethoxy silane. It acts as a coupling agent and adhesion promoter. Provides superior bonds between inorganic substrates and organic polymers. Exhibits compatibility with mineral-filled phenolics, epoxies, polyamides and polybutylene terephthalate. Shows filler wetting and dispersibility in the polymer matrix. Offers higher magnetic orientation, excellent magnetic properties, higher mechanical strength, good process-ability and excellent weathering resistance. Also improves wet electrical properties and pigment dispersion. Maximizes adhesion to glass, aluminum, and steel. Increases flexural and tensile strengths before and after wet exposure. Imparts moisture resistance and allows recovery after compression. SiSiB® PC1100 is used in inks and acrylic latex coatings. SiSiB® PC5420 by Power Chemical is a tetraethoxysilane. It acts as an adhesion promoter and curing agent. Exhibits low viscosity. Provides faster cure than colloidal silica system. SiSiB® PC5420 is used as a second backup casting coating. Applications include zinc-rich (corrosion resistant) coatings. SiSiB® PC2720 by Power Chemical is a 3-isocyanatepropyltrimethoxysilane. It acts as a cross-linker and adhesion promoter. Exhibits adhesion among unsaturated, polyester-type resins or cross-linked polyethylene resins and inorganic substrates including fiber glass, silica, silicates and many metal oxides. Provides reduction in the sensitivity of the mechanical and electrical properties to heat and moisture. Also improves mechanical and electrical properties especially after exposure to moisture. Shows an improved adhesion to inorganic surfaces and resistance to corrosion. SiSiB® PC6130 possesses better dispersibility and reduced melt viscosity. Offers compatibility with glass, metals and ceramic surfaces. SiSiB® PC1200 by Power Chemical is a N-beta-(amino ethyl)-gamma-amino propyl-trimethoxy silane. It acts as a cross-linker, coupling agent and adhesion promoter. Exhibits alkalinity and compatibility with urethanes, phenolics and epoxies. Provides corrosion prevention and moisture crosslinking of polymers. SiSiB® PC1200 improves adhesion of many coatings to glass and metal surfaces. Used as a glass- and metal primer. SiSiB® PC6150 by Power Chemical is a vinyl trisisopropoxysilane. It acts as an adhesion promoter, coupling- and crosslinking agent. Exhibits compatibility with sulfur, peroxide cured rubber, polyester, polyolefin, styrene and acrylics. Copolymerizes with ethylene for moisture induced coupling of polyethylene. SiSiB® PC6150 readily copolymerizes into vinyl and acrylic latex polymers. Used in architectural coating applications. SiSiB® PC2521 by Power Chemical is a gamma-ureidopropyltriethoxysilane. It acts as an adhesion promoter and a surface modifier. It is a 50% solution of silane in methanol. Exhibits compatibility with both inorganic materials (glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers. Improves adhesion to the substrates. Can be used with polymers like polyurethanes, PA, PBT, PE, EVA, PP, PVB, PVAC, acrylics, silicones epoxy-, phenolic-, furan- and melamine resins. Provides improved mechanical properties including flexural strength, tensile strength, impact strength, modulus of elasticity, resistance to moisture and corrosion. SiSiB® PC2521 is used in varnishes.
