POLYGONAL DW-112 by Polygon Chemie acts as a wetting agents for inorganic pigments. Has very low starting viscosity, extreme low tendency of sedimentation and good hiding power. It replaces dispersing agent, wetting agent and polyphosphate in emulsion paints especially with a high percentage of fillers. POLYGONAL DW-112 is used in dispersing fillers. POLYGONAL WAX 637 by Polygon Chemieis an aqueous non-ionic emulsion of oxidized polyethylene wax. POLYGONAL WAX 637 has good anti-wear and abrasion resistance, good slip and anti-blocking properties and improves water resistance of the coating. Recommended for coatings of paper, cardboard and plastics. Has German 36th BfR recommendation. Nitrite-free corrosion inhibitor. It forms a monomolecular protection layer on metal surfaces and protects against corrosion. Also acts as dewatering agent when substrate is still wet or in case of residual water in the system. Applicable as corrosion inhibitor in salt water climate. Suitable for protecting iron, steel and non-ferrous metals in solvent-based systems. Amine- and nitrite-free additive for adhesion promotion in aqueous systems. Considerably improves corrosion protection. It is effective in a pH range from acidic to alkaline. The product needs to be neutralized before use in water based coatings. Suitable for metal substrates such as iron, steel, and aluminum. Nitrite-free flash rust and corrosion inhibitor. It has excellent inhibition against flash rust, good compatibility with most other systems and is directly soluble in water. Suitable for 1K and 2K-epoxy systems, for iron, steel and non-ferrous metals in water based systems. Nitrite-free corrosion and flash rust inhibitor. It prevents flash rust and supports corrosion inhibition in case of aqueous primers and one-coat coatings and has good compatibility to most of the current binders. Suitable for the protection of tin plated containers, iron, steel, and non-ferrous metals in water-based systems. Halogen free, water based acrylic polymer. Has very good water damp barrier. Recommended especially for hydrophobic coatings on paper and cardboard. Has German 36th BfR recommendation.
