PIDISYN 400 by Pidilite Industries is a self cross-linking pure acrylic emulsion for carpet back coating. This soft polymer provides excellent bonding, resiliency and wash-resistance to the substrate. PIDISYN 400 is mixed with water, filler (dolomite), dispersant and thickener to be applied to the back side of carpet as secondary backing. PIDISYN 600 by Pidilite Industries is a water-based, self cross-linking, medium soft, acrylic emulsion for carpet backing application. It possesses durable film properties as well as good thermal- and mechanical stability. It offers good flexibility, resiliency and adhesion to the final product.
