PIDISOL 700 by Pidilite Industries is a self-cross-linking acrylic copolymer emulsion offering medium stiff feel to the substrate along with excellent bonding and resiliency. PIDISOL 700 is mixed with water, filler (Dolomite), dispersant and thickener to be applied to back side of carpet as secondary backing. It is used as binder in carpet back coatings. PIDISOL 500 by Pidilite Industries is a self cross-linking acrylic copolymer emulsion for carpet back coatings. The soft & flexible film provides excellent bonding to the substrate along with resiliency and wash-resistance. It possesses high filler loading capacity. PIDISOL 111 by Pidilite Industries is a self-crosslinking, soft binder used for tertiary carpet backing. This soft polymer offers excellent bonding to the substrate as well as resiliency and wash resistance. PIDISOL 111 is suitable for water-borne coatings. PIDISOL CB 301 by Pidilite Industries is a self cross-linking acrylic emulsion. It is suitable as binder in carpet back coatings. The polymer film provides excellent bonding to the substrate, along with resiliency. PIDISOL CB 301 is mixed with water, filler (dolomite), dispersant and thickener and applied to the back side of carpet as secondary backing. PIDISOL CB 481 by Pidilite Industries is a self cross-linking acrylic emulsion suitable for carpet back coatings. The polymer film provides excellent adhesion/bonding and resiliency to the substrate. PIDISOL CB 481 is mixed with water, filler (Dolomite), dispersant and thickener to be applied as secondary backing to the back side of carpet.
