Pidicron MODF by Pidilite Industries is a mineral oil-based, silicone-free defoamer designed primarily for use in textile processing. Pidicron MODF is suitable for pre-treatment, dying, printing, coating where foam control is important. It is stable in hard water and avoids foam lines during blotch printing, especially during wider width fabric. Pidicron MODF is suitable for aqueous systems. Recommended usage level is 0.1 to 0.3% of print paste. Pidicron White SWE by Pidilite Industries is a ready to use, coloring pigment with stable viscosity and good runability. It offers excellent coverage, good stretchability, excellent rubbing and washing fastness properties. It provides soft and tack-free prints. It is highly compatible with cross-linkers (Pidifix and Pidifinish range), acrylic binders (Pidicryl range), thickeners (Pidiprint range) and pigment emulsions (Texcron range). It is used for printing on cotton and cotton blended knit/stretchable fabrics. It is suitable to use on rotary and flat-bed printing machines to achieve soft, tack-free prints. It is used in water-based, elastic white inks and wet discharge printing pastes. It is certified according to International Standards of GOTS, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and RSL requirements. The shelf life of Pidicron White SWE is 12 months. Pidicron Wash-Off RXW by Pidilite Industries disperses hydrolyzed reactive dye efficiently to avoid back tinting as it forms complex with dye hydrolysates and keeps them dispersed in colloidal form. This non-ionic grade exhibits excellent soaping efficiency. It reduces overall water consumption. It is stable within the process liquor of pH of 6 to 9. Pidicron Wash-Off RXW is suitable for fabrics like cotton, its blends and forms of viscose like crepe and modal. It is used for reactive dying & printing wash-off process and exhaust & continuous washing process. The shelf life of this product is 12 months. Pidicron Stretch Clear HP 450 by Pidilite Industries is an eco-friendly, non-hazardous, coloring pigment. It is a non-phthalate and PVC-free grade. It is used in water-based stretchable and high-performance printing inks. It possesses excellent stretch and soft handle on knitted fabrics. The low tack formula allows printing through finer mesh counts, without the need for a viscosity modifier. It prepares color effects on cotton hosiery. Pidicron Stretch Clear HP 450 is recommended for table & machine (butterfly) printing. Pidicron PDRI by Pidilite Industries is a concentrated silicone-based grade to improve handle and rub fastness of the pigment print particularly dry rub fastness. It is an APEO-, phthalate-, banned amine-, COC-, heavy metal- and formaldehyde on fabric-free additive. This specific combination of softener and emulsifier is non-ionic in nature. It imparts an exceptionally soft and pleasingly smooth handle especially for aqueous pigment printing. It reduces the tackiness. Recommended for addition in the print paste at the time of printing. The shelf life of Pidicron PDRI is 6 months. Pidicron NRT by Pidilite Industries is a discharging agent used in pigment discharge printing on fabrics dyed with dischargeable reactive dyes. It is used for color & white discharge effects on cotton woven & knits fabrics. It offers good brilliancy & better color value to final prints, after steaming, curing & washing. It possesses minimal effect on pigment color value & fabric strength as well as good stability both in print paste and dried prints before steaming. It provides good whiteness. Pidicron NRT is suitable for flatbed and rotary printing machines. It is designed for fabrics like cotton, its blends and forms of viscose like crepe and modal. Pidicron Wash-Off DRS shows good acid-, alkali- and electrolyte resistance. It is suitable for fabrics like cotton, its blends and forms of viscose like crepe and modal.
