Teracure® M-111 by Pflaumer Brothers is a water-based, non-toxic aromatic polyisocyanate based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate. It offers resistance to impact, abrasion, aggressive chemicals, acid and thermal shock. It provides long pot life, fast-cure schedule and one-step application with easy to clean benefit.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Designed for application such as primers, base coats and topping onto concrete floors surfacing up to 1/2-inch thick where cleanliness and durability are critical. </li>
<li>It offers performance improvements compared with epoxies and allows more opportunity for self-leveling and deaeration. </li>
<li>It is capable of being used at application temperatures up to 44°C giving odorless and non-toxic results. </li>
<li>It can be applied with slightly textured non-slip finish for medium to heavy-duty use. </li>
<li>Teracure® M-111 is used for 3-component polyurethane polymer concrete with extended working time as part B along with Tallicin E-27 as part A. </li>
<li>It has shelf life of 6 months. </li></ul> Teracure® M-66 by Pflaumer Brothers is a water-based aromatic polyisocyanate based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate. It is designed for 3-component polyurethane polymer concrete with extended working time. Designed for application as a topping onto concrete floors surfacing up to 1/2-inch thick where cleanliness and durability are required. It has earthy-musty odor and is available in wide range of colors. <br>

It is an aromatic polyisocyanate pre-polymer based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). It offers excellent mechanical properties, toughness, chemical resistance and corrosion resistance. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is compatible with urethane-grade ketones, aromatic solvents, and esters having very low moisture content. </li>
<li>It can be used as the single component in moisture-cured formulations for application onto masonry and other porous substrates. </li>
<li>It can also be formulated for zinc-rich primers that provide galvanic protection to steel substrates. </li>
<li>Used in 2K polyurethane coatings systems and composites, both clear and pigmented. </li>

It has low viscosity and offers excellent light-fastness, outdoor durability, mechanical properties and chemical resistance. It is used in 2K coatings systems with resins such as polyurethane polyols (polyether, polyester, and acrylic) and polyaspartic amines. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is also used in concrete coatings featuring fast cure, excellent adhesion, and high film-build for self-leveling systems. </li>
<li>It can also be reacted with polyaspartic amines for direct-to-metal applications. </li>

It is designed for use in 2K polyurethanes and polyaspartic coatings systems, both clear and pigmented. <br>

It is effective with high-solids hydroxyl-functional polyesters, polyethers and acrylics in 2K polyurethane coatings. <br>
