Nanomyte™ PC-20 by NEI Corporation is a blend of organics and metal oxide grade. It acts as a scratch resistance and abrasion resistance agent. Widely used in metal coatings. It is designed for fabrics, medical devices and a wide range of metal coatings. Nanomyte™ PC-20 is ideal for demanding applications and severe environments. Nanomyte™ PC-10 by NEI Corporation is an aqueous metal oxide suspension. It acts as a scratch & abrasion resistance agent. It leads to dramatic improvement of desirable mechanical properties without affecting the intrinsic properties of the thermoset polymer, such as gloss and transparency. A performance enhancement of up to 50% can be expected for additions of small amounts of it. Nanomyte™ PC-10 is recommended for thermoset coatings. Nanomyte® PC-30 by NEI Corporation acts as a scratch resistance and abrasion resistance agent. Provides far greater tolerance for manufacturing defects in barrier applications and improves adhesion of silicone to substrate. Also improves mechanical properties, in addition may show greater than 20% increase in tear strength. Up to 200% enhancement in peel adhesion is possible with the addition of relatively small amounts it. Nanomyte® PC-30 recommended applications for silicone-based coatings.
