PEW-0200F-20 by Nanjing Tianshi New Material Technologies micronized PTFE modified PE wax. Possesses improved scratch resistance, smoothness, excellent slip and antiblocking properties. The durability of polyethylene and the lubricating characteristics of PTFE make the wax a particularly effective surfactant additive. Even small additive volumes of 0.5 to 3% provide a clear improvement in slip and scratch resistance compared to conventional wax additives. In sheet metal processing they provide effective prevention of metal marking. PEW-0200F-20 used in can and coil coatings, wood lacquers, powder coatings as well as printing inks.
