TAKELAC™ WPB-341 is a water-based polyurethane resin by Mitsui Chemicals. It is non chlorine based polymer. In comparison with vinyl alcohol based resin, the humidity dependence of the oxygen barrier property is excellent. It is printable and good lamination on coating side. TAKELAC™ WPB-341 is used an oxygen barrier coat for solar cell back sheets. TAKELAC™ WS-6021 by Mitsui Chemicals is a water-based polyurethane resin by dispersing urethane elastomer in water. Possesses self cross-linking property by the evaporation of water makes it an excellent hard film with hydrolysis-resistance, stain and water resistance properties. It can improve many properties by using various cross-linkers such as the water dispersible polyisocyanates. TAKELAC™ WS-6021 is polyether-based and shows superior performance for soft paints. TAKELAC™ WS-5100 by Mitsui Chemicals is a water-based polyurethane resin by dispersing urethane elastomer in water. Possesses self cross-linking property by the evaporation of water makes it an excellent hard film with hydrolysis-resistance, stain and water resistance properties. Having the carboxyl group as a functional group, it can improve many properties by using various cross-linkers such as the water dispersible polyisocyanates. TAKELAC™ WS-5100 is polycarbonate-based, for plastic coating, film coating, surface treatment of leather (natural, synthetic). TAKELAC™ W-5661 by Mitsui Chemicals is polycarbonate-based PUD resin. Exhibits softness, flexibility and elasticity and good adhesion. Possesses good compatibility with various resins. Has good hydrolysis-resistance and heat resistance. TAKELAC™ W-5661 is used for water-based inks and coatings. TAKELAC™ WS-4000 by Mitsui Chemicals is a water-based polyurethane resin by dispersing urethane elastomer in water.
