4,4'-(m-Phenylenediisopropylidene)dianiline by Mitsui Chemicals acts as a curing agent for epoxy resin. It is a methylene inserted aliphatic diamine. The resin made from this bisaniline-M, has an excellent heat resistance and mechanical properties (Tg of the resin is higher than Tg of the resin made from aromatic ether diamines). 4,4'-(m-Phenylenediisopropylidene)dianiline by Mitsui Chemicals acts as a monomer.
