Permax™ 805B by Lubrizol is an APE-free, low VOC & MVTR, high solids, vinylidene chloride acrylate copolymer emulsion with small particle size. It offers extremely low moisture vapor permeability and excellent corrosion resistance. Exhibits longer shelf stability than traditional vinylidene containing polymers. <br>

It demonstrates excellent adhesion over a variety of metal substrates. Offers excellent humidity resistance and exceptional durability. Used in high solids maintenance and automotive primers, DTM enamels, under the hood and under body coatings, rust converting products and barrier coatings. Shelf life of Permax™ 805 is 1 year. Permax™ 202 by Lubrizol is an aliphatic polyether polyurethane dispersion. It offers excellent wash fastness and softness. It is used in high performance water-based coating applications where moisture vapor transmission, hydrophilic surface treatment and excellent ionic compatibility is needed. Permax™ 202 can be crosslinked with isocyanates, polyfunctional aziridines, melamine formaldehyde and carbodiimide cross-linkers. It is TSCA, EINECS and DSL compliant. Recommended re-test date is 1 year after the date of manufacturing. Permax™ 232 by Lubrizol is an aliphatic polyether polyurethane dispersion. It is used in high performance coating applications where moisture vapor transmission, hydrophilic surface treatment and excellent ionic compatibility is needed. It offers excellent wash fastness and softness. It can be crosslinked with isocyanates, polyfunctional aziridines, melamine formaldehyde and carbodiimide cross-linkers. Permax™ 232 is TSCA, EINECS and DSL compliant. Recommended re-test date is 1 year after the date of manufacturing. Permax™ 200 by Lubrizol is an aliphatic polyether water-borne polyurethane dispersion. Used in high performance textile coating applications where hydrophilic polymers are needed for moisture vapor transmission, surface treatment or excellent ionic compatibility is required. Permax™ 200 can be engineered to give controlled moisture vapor transmission rates, excellent wash-fastness and softness. Permax™ 230 is an aliphatic polyether water-borne polyurethane dispersion by Lubrizol. Offers hydrophilic surface treatment or excellent ionic compatibility. It can be engineered to give controlled moisture vapor transmission rates, excellent wash-fastness and softness. Permax™ 230 is used in high performance textile coating applications where hydrophilic polymers are needed for moisture vapor transmission. Aromatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion. Is self-crosslinking and can be further crosslinked through the addition of additional melamine formaldehyde resins, polyfunctional aziridines or blocked isocyanates. Can be engineered to give controlled moisture vapor transmission rates, excellent wash fastness and softness. Used in high performance textile, non-woven and paper applications requiring soft breathable-high moisture vapor transmission (HMVT) fabric coatings, hydrophilic surface treatment, robust ionic compatibility, excellent cold temperature flexibility and good elongation properties. Aromatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion. Is self-crosslinking. Suitable for MVTR coatings. Permax™ V1000 by Lubrizol is an APEO-free vinylidene chloride copolymer with corrosion-protective technology for metal surfaces, enabling the use of thinner films. Offers superior adhesion, low moisture vapor permeability, outstanding resistance to corrosion & humidity and high impact- and settling resistance. Permax™ V1000 is recommended for low VOC coating system for primers, barrier coatings and transportation underbody applications.
