Bayferrox® 918 LOM by LANXESS is a micronized, synthetic yellow iron hydroxide pigment. It is an inorganic pigment. It has low viscosity makes it ideal for highly concentrated paste systems. As a result of the manufacturing process (Laux-process), which includes a high temperature calcining step, the pigment has a higher intrinsic hardness than other precipitated pigments. Bayferrox® 918 LOM is used in automotive coating, coil coating, decorative paints, emulsion paints, industrial coating, plastic coating, powder coating, roof tile coating and wood coating. Bayferrox® 658 M by LANXESS is a micronized brown iron oxide inorganic pigment. Used in corrosion protection, decorative paints, floorings, industrial paints and emulsion paints.
