Adiprene® LFH C840 provides excellent aesthetics for coatings. Adiprene® L 167 by Lanxess is a liquid urethane polymer. It can be cured to a strong, rubbery solid by reaction of the isocyanate groups with polyamine or polyol compounds. It has high tensile strength and resilience and excellent properties at low temperatures. It is resistant to abrasion, compression set, oils, solvents, oxidation and ozone. Adiprene® L 167 can be cast or sprayed to produce a variety of molded goods, protective and decorative coatings. Adiprene® L 100 by Lanxess is urethane elastomer. It can be cast or sprayed to produce protective and decorative coatings. This product exhibits high tensile strength and resilience as well as excellent resistance to abrasion, compression set, oils, solvents, oxidation, ozone and low temperatures. Adiprene® L 100 can be cured to a strong, rubbery solid by reaction of the isocyanate groups with polyamine compounds. Adiprene® BL-16 by Lanxess is a liquid urethane elastomer with blocked isocyanate curing sites. These sites can be activated by heating. The blocked curing sites allow protracted storage of the polymer in the presence of moisture and active vulcanizing agents. It delivers high tensile strength and excellent oil and abrasion resistance. Adiprene® BL-16 is well suited as a vehicle for abrasion resistant coatings for fabric and rubber. Adiprene® BLM 500 by Lanxess is MDI-based urethane prepolymer with blocked isocyanate curing sites. These sites can be activated by heating. The blocked curing sites allow protracted storage of the polymer in the presence of moisture and active vulcanizing agents. It yields vulcanizates having improved performance over common TDI based urethane materials. It delivers high tensile strength and high elongation as well as excellent tear strength. Materials made from this product have high tensile strength and high elongation, and especially have excellent tear strength. Adiprene® BLM 500 is well suited as a vehicle for abrasion resistant coatings for fabric and rubber.
