Kemsurf DSA by Lankem is sodium lauryl sulphate. Acts as a wetting agent for paints and coatings. It is manufactured using a natural C12-14 alcohol which is sulphated and then neutralized to form a sodium salt. It is unstable in acidic conditions. Exhibits excellent foaming. Sulphated monoester of a fatty acid. Acts as a dispersing agent. It is an anionic surfactant and is readily biodegradable.
