LE 604 by Kyoeisha Chemical is fluoro-modified acrylic polymer. It acts as a substrate wetting agent. Exhibits environment responsive nature. Used for water-based-, solvent-based- and UV systems. Applications include architectural paints, floor coats and automotive refinish. LE 604 is also used in thermosetting paints such as coil coatings and car OEMs.
