SYLFAT™ 2LC by KRATON is 100% bio-based tall oil fatty acid designed for architectural coatings. Provides high gloss, low initial color and excellent yellowing-in-the-dark performance. Exhibits enhanced scratch and corrosion resistance for longer-lasting aesthetics. Offers lower carbon footprint compared to other vegetable oil-based substitutes. SYLFAT™ 2LC is also a non-food raw material with low environmental impact. It enables alkyd binder and paint formulators to achieve light color and color stability.
