Flash red KT-259 by Kolortek is a mixture of mica (64-68%) and titanium dioxide (32-36%). It is a special effect interference pearlescent pigment. It bears thicker layer of titanium dioxide which caused lights interfere selectively. Viewing from certain angles, some colors are strengthened and the complementary ones are dimmed or disappeared. This results a dual-color effect. Using same color phase can highlight the color effect. Flash red KT-259 is used in coatings.

Flash Red KT-66R3 by Kolortek is a mixture of mica (69.0 –79.0%), titanium dioxide (26.0 –30.0%) and iron oxide (0-1%). It is a pearlescent pigment. It is produced by directly depositing light absorbing material to form the pigment. Silver light can be seen from the reflection angle and the absorbing colors can be viewed from side/dispersion angles. Flash Red KT-66R3 is used in coatings.

Flash Red KT-7222 by Kolortek is a mixture of fluorphlogopite (60-70%), titanium dioxide (30-36%) and tin dioxide (0-2%). It is a pearlescent pigment. It is made of synthetic mica coated with metallic oxide layer. It has higher purity, less black spot, better weather-proof, better luster, chroma and more stable when exposed to high temperature. Flash Red KT-7222 is used in coatings.
