Rosin modified phenolic resin esterified with penta-erithritol. It is freely compatible with mineral oils, polymerized & unpolymerized drying oils and also with drying oil modified alkyds. It is freely soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Kanlic 605 H.M phenolic resin is available as pale color solid lumps. Used in quick set, offset & letter press inks as well as in high gloss inks. Rosin modified phenolic resin esterified with penta-erithritol (High melting low viscosity). Possesses good gloss, very good rub resistance, low tack and excellent wetting properties. Kanlic 607 H.M/LV phenolic resin is available as pale color transparent solid lumps. Used in quick set, offset & letter press inks suitable for four color inks. It is completely soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons such as toluene, soluble in MEK, MIBK, esters and ketones. Kanlic 602 phenolic resin is pale color solid lumps. Used in quick drying varnishes, printing inks, insulating varnishes, water proof varnishes, liquid inks, letter solvent release and scratch proof. Rosin modified maleic resin esterified with penta erithritol. It is soluble in methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol & spirit, insoluble in aliphatic, hydrocarbons. It is pale yellow color solid. Used in aniline printing inks, high gloss varnishes, paper varnishes, printing inks and flexo graphic inks. Rosin modified maleic resin esterified with glycerol. It is compatible with stand oil alkyd resin and NC as well as is completely soluble in aromatics such as xylene, toluene and limited solubility in aliphatic hydrocarbons. Kanlic 503 NC compatible maleic resin is available as pale yellow color transparent solid lumps. Used in non-yellowing white, printing inks, stoving hammertone-finishes. Rosin modified phenolic resin esterified with glycerol. It is compatible with raw & polymerized oil, long & medium linseed alkyds. Kanlic 603 is soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, esters & ketones as well as limited solubility in aliphatic hydrocarbons. It is available as pale yellow color transparent solid lumps. Used in quick drying and full gloss varnishes, printing inks, water proof and marine paints. Rosin modified phenolic resin esterified with penta-erithritol. It is compatible with linseed stand oil, DCO, long & medium oil alkyds. It is soluble in turpentine, toluene, xylene, MEK, MIBK and has limited solubility in aliphatic hydrocarbons. Kanlic 601 phenolic resin is available as pale yellow color transparent solid lumps. Used in anti-corrosive primer, spar varnishes, printing ink, furniture finishes, insulating varnishes and quick drying varnishes. Rosin modified maleic resin esterified with penta erithritol. It is compatible with low & medium oil linseed, coconut, DCO alkyds, linseed stand oil, DBP and TPP. It is soluble in toluene, xylene, limited in aliphatic\hydrocarbons. It is available as pale yellow color solid lumps. Used in printing inks, high gloss varnishes, silver stoving varnishes, over print varnishes and enamels.
