ASTRA™ 62 by K-tech is a modified ethylene bis erucamide poly wax. Acts as an antistatic and anti-blocking agent. It is safe and environment-friendly. Can either be added at the ink manufacturing stage to modify a basic formulation or added at press side at the discretion of the printer. ASTRA™ 62 is used for printing on various materials, such as rubber, cardboard, papers, plastic cards, films, porous and non-porous substrates. Suitable for solvent-based flexographic and gravure inks.

W & D™ 4060

W & D™ 4060 by K-tech is a modified polyurethane in butyl acetate. Acts as a hyperdispersant and wetting agent. It has high molecular weight. Moreover, it is environment-friendly and available at a very reasonable price. Provides water-, corrosion-, heat- and abrasion resistance. Improves color strength and gloss. Used for organic & inorganic pigments in most coating resin systems like epoxy, PU (polyurethane), acrylic-PU, alkyd-MF (melamine-formaldehyde) & MF-amine cured systems.
