Razeen® LR 1140-B by Jubail Chemical Industries is a low viscosity, versatile, unmodified epoxy resin. Exhibits high reactivity, superior mechanical properties, superior electrical properties and excellent water resistance. It is compatible with various hardeners, reactive diluents and accelerators. It contains low hydrolyzable chlorine content and therefore slight tendency to crystalize at low temperature. It is widely used in 2-pack amine, polyaminoamide and heat (acid) cured formulation. Razeen® LR 1140-B is recommended for high solids chemical resistant coatings, composites and as the curing agent in amine functional acrylics and the production of UV cure epoxy acrylates. Exhibits relatively low viscosity, low solvent retention in cured films, outstanding mechanical properties and outstanding chemical resistance. Razeen® SL 4280 X 80 is mainly used as a modifier in oil-free polyester or acrylic resin systems to improve adhesion, flexibility & surface levelling of primers and finishing paints applied on metal substrates.
