Thermoset amino resin. It functions as a matting agent, scratch resisting agent, finish appearance enhancement agent, slipping improvement agent, and a filler. It provides strong resistance to heat, solvent with high mechanical strength and strong shock resistance. It shows improved affinity to vehicle or binder comparing with traditional inorganic powder and easy dispersion. It is inert, inactive, insoluble (as not soluble in most organic solvent systems) and non melting. It is light, homogenous and has a narrow distributed white solid spherical shaped particles (micron-sized). It is used in paints, ink, etc. Urea methanal condensate. It functions as a soft feeling matting agent, filler and a slipping improvement agent. It provides strong resistance to heat, solvent, acid as well as alkaline with high mechanical strength. It is inert as well as inactive and has a narrow distributed white solid spherical shaped particles (sub-micron-sized) with cluster structure. It is insoluble in most organic solvent systems with non melting property and a neutral pH. It is used in coating of lower part of paper weights, as an oil or water absorber on plastic films, paints, ink, etc.
