Dispurez® 101A

Dispurez® 101A by Incorez is a hard, anionic, modified polycarbonate type polyurethane acrylic dispersion. Designed for excellent pigment compatibility and tough coatings with good durability. Films derived from Dispurez® 101A exhibit excellent water and chemical resistance, together with good alcohol and hand sanitizer resistance. It exhibits rapid hardness development and is therefore suitable for a wide range of end applications in surface coatings industries, particularly plastics (uPVC/ABS/HIPS).

Dispurez® 103

Dispurez® 103 by Incorez is an anionic, flexible, toughened polyurethane dispersion. Offers excellent optical clarity and good block resistance. Suitable for durable rigid plastics and flexible films. Designed for durable coating for interior and exterior automotive plastic substrates. Provides excellent weathering resistance, when used in combination with suitable UV stabilizers. Shows excellent adhesion to wide variety of plastics including ABS, PC and PET. It can be added to waterproofing acrylic formulation to improve tensile strength and reduce water uptake. Films derived from Dispurez® 103 exhibit good chemical, stain and hydrolysis resistance.

Dispurez® 102 by Incorez is a flexible, TEA-free, toughened, self-crosslinking, anionic, modified polycarbonate type polyurethane dispersion. Offers excellent optical clarity as well as mar-, scratch- and block resistance. Upon application, the water evaporates to yield a tough, glossy transparent film. Designed for plastic substrates, flexible films with a tough finish including packaging, print receptive films and binder for inks. Suitable for PET, plasticised PVC and pre-treated PP/PE. Shows unrivalled performance and application versatility. Films derived from Dispurez® 102 exhibit good chemical-, stain- and UV resistance.
