Silsan® SFL by Graf is a wetting agent and dispersing agent. It works on the principle of stearic hindrance, provides wetting effects. It reduces the surface and interfacial tension of the liquid phase of a coating, enabling the wetting of the solid particle surfaces and inhibiting an agglomeration of the particles. It shows comprehensive wetting of pigments and fillers in the liquid phase. It shows good compatibility with coating. Silsan® 1300 by Graf is a modified polysiloxanes. It acts as a water repellent agent. It is micro-molecular emulsion which provides excellent water repellent properties. It increases water repellent effect of the coating system and reduces absorption of water to a minimum without any negative effect on the water-vapor permeability. It is firmly embedded into the matrix structure of the coating and provides long-lasting and reliable water intrusion protection which does not lose its effectiveness even under extreme weathering conditions. Silsan® 1300 is used with pure emulsion based coatings as well as in silicone resin and silicate based coating. Suitable for aqueous coating systems such as masonry paints and plasters. It has shelf life of 9 months.
Silsan® FIT-S by Graf is a micro-emulsion based on waxes and paraffins. It has protective and water repellent properties and dries with little gloss. It is used as an additive in aqueous coatings, an exsiccation barrier & facade impregnation and in anti-graffiti-coatings. It has shelf life of 12 months.
