UV Absorber 400 is a blend of 2-[4-[2-hydroxy-3-tridecyloxypropyl]oxy]-2-hydroxyphenyl]-4,6-bis(2,4-dimethylphenyl)-1,3,5-triazine and 2-[4-[2-hydroxy- 3- didecyloxypropyl]oxy]-2-hydroxyphenyl]-4,6–bis(2,4- dimethylphenyl)-1,3,5-triazine by Disheng Technology. It is recommended for both solvent- and waterborne automotive OEM and refinish coating systems, UV cured coatings and industrial coatings. It offers long life performance. UV Absorber 400 can be used in combination with hindered amine light stabilizer such as LS-123 or LS-292 for enhanced performance.
UV-1 (Disheng Technology) by Fujian Disheng Technology is a N-(ethoxycarbonylphenyl)-N'-Methyl-N'-phenylformamidine. It acts as a highly efficient UV absorber can effectively absorb 280-350 nm UV light. It shows good compatibility with isocyanates, polyurethanes, polyester, PVC, acrylic resin and polyether polyols. It is highly soluble in many solvents. It offers excellent light stability in fabric coatings. The recommended dosage of UV-1 (Disheng Technology) for PUR is 0.2-1.0% and for PVC is 0.5-1.0%.
UV Absorber 928 by Fujian Disheng Technology is a 2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-6-(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)-4-(1, 1, 3, 3-tetramethylbutyl) phenol. It acts as an ultraviolet light absorber. It offers broad absorption properties, high solubility, high temperature resistance and good durability. It is recommended for protection of coating and other photosensitive materials. It is suitable for high performance coatings especially for powder coatings, industrial and automotive coatings. UV Absorber 928 can be used in combination with HALS stabilizer such as UV-292 or UV-123 for enhanced performance.
