SUPBENT® HV by FCC INC. is an organically modified bentonite grade. Acts as a rheology modifier. It prevents the settling of heavy pigments or fillers and inhibits sagging. SUPBENT® HV is particularly suited for improving consistency and stability of emulsion paints. White clay. Acts as a rheology modifier. It enables viscosity stability, reproducibility in emulsion and water soluble systems. It prevents pigment settling & film reinforcement through its unique gel lattice structure, offers very high viscosity and easy dispersing. Organically modified smectite. Acts as a rheology modifier. It improves scrubbing resistance, stability of the coating suspension, thixotropy and anti-settling properties. It has better hiding power, adhesion property, abrasion resistance, coating strength, stain resistance and anti-sag properties. Used in emulsion paints, water based printing inks and pigment paste.
