EPODIL® 742 by Evonik is cresyl glycidyl ether (CGE). It is a monofunctional reactive diluent.<br>

<li> EPODIL® 761 has a shelf life of 36 months.</li></ul> EPODIL® 781 by Evonik is a mono-functional reactive diluent. Provides improved flexibility and maintains barrier properties. It is sometimes used as a performance alternative for Epodil® 748 with a tradeoff in some mechanical properties. Suitable for flooring, mortars & grouts, laminates, high and 100% solids coatings. Recommended dosage level of EPODIL® 781 is 190 phr. It has a shelf life of 36 months. EPODIL® 748 by Evonik is a reactive monofunctional diluent. It acts as an epoxy curing agent and modifier which is used to reduce the viscosity of epoxy resin systems. It is advantageous in having low vapor pressure, low toxicity, improving flexibility and adhesion to non-polar surfaces. This product is used in flooring applications. Storage life is at least 36 months from the date of manufacture in the original sealed container at ambient temperature. It is useful where low volatility levels are required so that problems in poorly ventilated areas are minimized. Slight increase in pot life can be expected when 5-20% of EPODIL® 748 is blended with typical liquid epoxy resins. It can be used in accordance with 21 CFR 175.300 as a component of FDA-compliant formulations. EPODIL® 741 by Evonik is butyl glycidyl ether. It is a monofunctional reactive diluent used to reduce the viscosity of epoxy resin systems with a minimum loss of properties. It allows increased filler loading. EPODIL® 741 is used in high and 100%-solids coatings applications. EPODIL® 762 by Evonik is a trifunctional reactive diluent. Provides very good retention of properties. Offers minimal impact on physical properties and cure speed. Shows high compatibility with epoxy. It is often used as a lower viscosity alternative to Epodil® 733 but also brings improved impact resistance. Suitable for industrial coatings application. EPODIL® 762 has a shelf life of 36 months. EPODIL® 746 by Evonik is a reactive diluent, acting as an epoxy curing agent and modifier. It is used to reduce the viscosity of epoxy resin systems. It is not only less toxic and less irritating substitute for butyl glycidyl ether but also offers efficient viscosity reduction. It exhibits low volatility and improved flexibility. EPODIL® 746 is used in flooring applications. Its storage life is atleast 12 months from the date of manufacture in the original sealed container at ambient temperature. EPODIL® LV5 by Evonik is a diluent, chemically inert, low viscosity adhesion promoter. It offers improved chemical- and water resistance. It exhibits low volatility and maintains a high level of corrosion resistance. It is soluble in and compatible with a wide variety of epoxy resins as well as most curing agents. It is a specialized additive enhancing the performance properties of a formulated system and should be added at relatively low loadings, in the order of 5 to 15 phr. In the formulation of trowel able epoxy mortars, its addition can help to improve trowel ability by reducing/eliminating the tendency for drag or sticking to occur, so that it is not necessary to keep wetting the trowel with solvent to obtain a smooth surface. In epoxy mastic coatings for application to poorly prepared surfaces EPODIL® LV5 aids penetration of surface rust and oil leading to improved adhesion. Used in solvent based marine & protective coatings, solvent-free coatings, solvent-free flooring and concrete primers. EPODIL® 794 by Evonik is a difunctional reactive diluent for epoxy systems. It is resorcinol digylcidyl ether. It exhibits high compatibility with epoxy, minimal impact on flexibility and minimal impact on cure speed & gel time. It is suitable for use in industrial coatings. EPODIL® 794 can be stored for 36 months. EPODIL® 747 by Evonik is an aliphatic glycidyl ether. It is a reactive monofunctional reactive diluent. Possesses efficient viscosity reduction, low volatility, increased pot life and improves flexibility. It is particularly useful where low volatility levels are required so that problems in poorly ventilated areas are minimized. EPODIL® 747 is used in high- and 100% solids coatings.
