Essential™ R4289 by Essential Polymers is a modified polyurethane dispersion for waterborne inks. It is n-methyl pyrrolidone-free and improves inks resistance to highlighter smear. It also improves wet and dry rub resistance. It provides long term jettability. Essential™ R4289 is suitable for inkjet inks. Recommended dosage level is 4-6% for improve durability and complies with TSCA 8b. Essential™ R4100 by Essential Polymers is an aliphatic polyurethane dispersion with outstanding hardness. It exhibits excellent adhesion to concrete, wood, metal and a variety of plastics including ABS, polycarbonate, flexible and rigid PVC and polyurethane. It offers abrasion resistance, excellent mechanical stability and wetting properties. It is compatible with acrylic emulsions and can be cross-linked with a poly-functional aziridine or trimer. Essential™ R4100 exhibits excellent exterior durability and can be used to produce both clear and pigmented coatings. It is also suitable for top coat waterborne coating applications and complies with TSCA 8b regulation. Essential™ R2635 by Essential Polymers is a high performance modified polyurethane dispersion. It is n-MP (n-methyl-2-pyrrolidone)-free. It provides brilliance, extended shelf stability and tarnish resistance to bronze and aluminum-based colorants. It exhibits low foaming and excellent water-, scuff- and rub resistance. It offers excellent adhesion to paper and various polyolefin films. Essential™ R2635 is suitable for metallic ink vehicle applications and complies with TSCA 8b regulation. Essential™ R4196 by Essential Polymers is a highly crystalline aliphatic polyurethane dispersion for waterborne coatings. It exhibits excellent alcohol- and chemical resistance. It offers good toughness, adhesion and hardness. It can be blended with a variety of acrylic emulsions and cross-linked to provide enhanced properties. Essential™ R4196 is suitable for wood-, flooring- and plastic coatings. It complies with TSCA 8b. Essential™ R4584 by Essential Polymers is silicone-modified polyurethane dispersion. It shows outstanding mar-, slip-, block- and scratch resistance properties. It exhibits lower coefficient of friction and can be blended with acrylic polymer. It imparts water beading/sheeting properties to coatings. Essential™ R4584 is suitable for wood-, plastic- and concrete coating applications. Essential™ R2675 by Essential Polymers is n-MP (n-methyl-2-pyrrolidone)-free, water-based, modified polyurethane dispersion. It provides brilliance and extended shelf stability to bronze and aluminum-based colorants. It exhibits low foaming and excellent water-, scuff- and rub resistance. It offers excellent adhesion to paper and various polyolefin films. Essential™ R2675 is suitable for high-performance metallic ink vehicle applications. Essential™ R4188 by Essential Polymers is a high-solid aliphatic polyurethane dispersion. It offers excellent adhesion, film hardness, flexibility and toughness. It exhibits excellent efflorescence- and superior abrasion resistance properties. Essential™ R4188 is suitable for waterborne and topcoat coatings. It complies with TSCA 8b. Essential™ R4200 by Essential Polymers is n-methyl pyrrolidone-free, modified polyurethane dispersion. It is based on inkjet ink vehicle technology. It offers long term jettability, improved inks resistance to highlighter smear as well as wet- and dry rub resistance. A loading of 4-6% in conjunction with waterborne pigments will enhance the inkjet inks durability. It is best suitable for piezo-type printers. Essential™ R9010 by Essential Polymers is an aliphatic polyurethane dispersion. It imparts very good gloss and excellent bond strength. It passes three cycles of freeze/thaw stability. It offers low VOC, good gloss and excellent adhesion. It provides ease in cleaning-up. Essential™ R9010 is suitable solvent-free and waterborne coatings. Essential™ R4242 by Essential Polymers is a solid aliphatic polyurethane dispersion for waterborne coatings. It is specifically designed to be block resistant up to 70°C and maintain its flexibility and toughness below 0°C. It offers excellent adhesion to flexible PVC and chemical resistance. It can be cross-linked using water dispersible trimers like Rhodia’s Rhodocoat EZ D 401 or 803 at a dosage level of 5-10%. Essential™ R4242 is used to make clear and top coats for vinyl. It complies with TSCA 8b.
