Calcium resinate (Resin acids and rosin acids, maleated, calcium salts). It is totally soluble in terpene solvents (dipentene, turpentine…), in aromatic and aliphatic solvents as well as insoluble in alcohols and ketones. Used in paints, varnishes and publication gravure inks. It should be store in a cool place under cover and at temperature below 30°C as well as reduce storage time to a minimum to avoid oxidation and compaction.
