ECOSURF™ EH-9 (90% Actives) Surfactant by Dow acts as a wetting agent. It is a biodegradable and EU eco-labeled water-soluble non-ionic surfactant. It has low odor and very low aquatic toxicity. It provides exceptional wetting and good rinseability with improved handling and formulation properties. <br>

It offers the formulator outstanding performance in areas such as paint and emulsion stability, color compatibility, wetting and dispersing of pigment and filler. <br>
