ACRYSOL™ RM-6000 by Dow is an APEO-, BSE- and GMO-free non-ionic hydrophobically modified ethylene oxide urethane (HEUR) rheology modifier. It is based on a new solvent-free technology with improved binder reactivity and enhances gloss. It provides a rheology profile to achieve an excellent flow/sag balance. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>The effectivity in both the medium shear and high shear range results into good flow and levelling, high film build while maintaining good sag resistance. </li>
<li>It offers excellent spatter resistance, water=, alkali resistance, exterior durability, excellent gloss potential and a good flow/sag balance. </li>

It offers better film build, better leveling, and easier incorporation into coatings than cellulosic thickeners. <br>

It offers paints with high in-can structure and is ideal for use with thickeners designed to give high shear viscosity, which can build comparable to high molecular weight HEC thickeners at low shear levels. <br>

It offers a much more Newtonian rheology profile than cellulosic thickeners, enabling lower viscosity in low-shear conditions and higher viscosity in high-shear conditions. It is used over wide range of pH, easy to handle and improved gloss development versus HEC. <br>
