Doverphos® HiPure 4HR by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) acts as a heat stabilizer. It gives very good final color & has low free nonylphenol content and provides improved hydrolytic stability. It prevent black specks when used in a water emulsion for stabilizing polymers. It is compatible with PVC, ABS, nylon, elastomers, polyolefins, polycarbonates, polyurethane, polystyrenes and polyethylene terephthalate. Used in powder coatings. The recommended usage is 0.05 to 3.00%. Doverphos® 12 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is poly (dipropyleneglycol) phenylphosphite-based antioxidant. It has a high phosphorus content and high molecular weight. Used in powder and coil coating formulations. Prevents discoloration and loss of physical properties. Recommended use level is 0.25 to 1.00%. Doverphos® 49 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is tris (tridecyl) phosphite-based antioxidant. Used in powder and coil coating formulations. It is an effective stabilizer in conjunction with mixed metal heat stabilizers used in PVC. It has high molecular weight and low phosphorus content alkyl phosphite. It exhibits low volatility and good hydrolytic stability. Prevents discoloration and loss of physical properties. Typical use levels range from 0.25 to 1.00%. Doverphos® 213 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is diphenyl phosphite-based antioxidant in powder and coil coating formulations. It is a liquid diaryl phosphite with a relatively low molecular weight and a high phosphorus content. Prevents discoloration and loss of physical properties. Typical use levels can range from 0.1 to 1.0%. Doverphos® S-9228PC by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is solid phosphite antioxidant. Used in powder coatings. It exhibits excellent hydrolytic stability without the addition of inert products or triisopropanol amine and excellent color performance. It can be utilized in applications that require processing at elevated temperatures because of its high melting point. Doverphos® 11 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is tetraphenyl dipropyleneglycol diphosphite-based antioxidant. It has a high phosphorus content with high molecular weight and low viscosity. Suitable for use in powder and coil coating formulations. Prevents discoloration and loss of physical properties. Typical use levels range from 0.25 to 1.00%. Doverphos® 10 HR by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is triphenyl phosphite-based antioxidant. It is an effective liquid aryl phosphite stabilizer for coating application. Used in powder and coil coating formulations. Prevents discoloration and loss of physical properties. Recommended use level is 0.1 to 3.0%. It contains approximately 0.75% triisopropanolamine to improve hydrolysis resistance. Doverphos® S-9228T by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is solid phosphite antioxidant. Possesses outstanding hydrolytic stability and outstanding performance in stabilizing polymers against melt flow degradation and color change. Used in powder coatings. Doverphos® 613 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is an antioxidant based on alkyl(C12-C15) bisphenol A phosphite. Used in powder and coil coating formulations. Prevents discoloration and loss of physical properties. Doverphos® 10 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is triphenyl phosphite-based antioxidant.
