SACI® 5500 by Daubert Chemical acts as a corrosion inhibitor. Thixotropic blend of calcium sulfonate and petroleum slack wax. It forms form a wax-like film when cured. The films have excellent adhesion to metal surfaces that withstands severe humidity and salt spray corrosion exposure. It can be easily diluted with mineral spirits. Used in truck/trailer underbody-, auto underbody-, float coat/ballast tank-, aircraft/nonferrous- coatings. SACI® 5500 complies with following regulations: - TSCA, DSL, EINECS, ENCS and AICS. SACI® 2200A by Daubert Chemical acts as a corrosion inhibitor. Hydrophobic, solvent-free, thixotropic calcium sulphonate. It exhibits resistance to flow at elevated temperatures, low volatility, high flash and fire resistance. It has high viscosity at room temperature and does not contain barium, lead or zinc. It also exhibits high film builds with exceptional resistance to sag at elevated temperatures and good washout resistance. SACI® 2200A is used in automotive (underbody)-, marine (ballast tank linings)-, direct-to-metal- and asphalt- coatings. Also used in maintenance coatings for bridges & highway and military coatings. It complies with following regulations: - TSCA, DSL, EINECS, ENCS and AICS. SACI® 7760 by Daubert Chemical acts as a corrosion inhibitor. High-solids, thixotropic calcium sulfonate. It forms a cured film having excellent adhesion with severe humidity and salt spray corrosion protection. It is environment-friendly and does not contain barium, lead or zinc. Used in truck/trailer underbody-, auto underbody-, float coat/ballast tank-, aircraft/nonferrous- coatings. SACI® 7760 complies with following regulations: - TSCA, DSL, EINECS, ENCS and AICS. SACI® 5300 by Daubert Chemical acts as a corrosion inhibitor. Thixotropic, wax modified dispersion calcium sulphonate. Imparts excellent water repellency characteristics, provides improved viscosity stability and lighter color. It resists sagging and flow even at high film thickness. Exhibits excellent low temperature handling and sprayability characteristics as well as superb corrosion preventive properties. SACI® 5300 enables compounds to form highly adherent and water displacing films. Used in protective coatings. It complies with following regulations: - TSCA, DSL, EINECS, ENCS and AICS. SACI® 6400 by Daubert Chemical acts as a corrosion inhibitor. It is a stable anionic emulsion that can be formulated with a wide variety of latexes and resins. High-solids blend of calcium sulfonate and water. Exhibits low viscosity and protects both ferrous & non-ferrous metals. It yields translucent colored, oily film. SACI® 6400 is compatible with acrylic, styrene acrylic latex, SBR latex and water reducible alkyds. Used in water based corrosion resistant coatings. SACI® 6192 by Daubert Chemical acts as a corrosion inhibitor. Morpholine-free blend of calcium sulfonate, polyethylene and petroleum oil. It is a stable anionic emulsion that can be formulated with a wide variety of latexes and resins. Protects both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It yields an oily film that does not re-emulsify when exposed to moisture. SACI® 6192 is compatible with acrylic, styrene acrylic latex, SBR latex and water reducible alkyds. Used in water based coatings.
