SMA® 17352 by Cray Valley (TotalEnergies) is a partial mono ester of styrene-maleic anhydride and a blend of two alcohols. It is a moderate solution solid in an aqueous base. It exhibits very high heat resistance and gloss. It has excellent surfactant, compatibility and solubility properties. SMA® 17352 is suitable for overprint varnishes and inks. SMA® 1000 by Cray Valley (Total Group) is low molecular weight styrene, maleic anhydride copolymer with an approximately 1:1 mole ratio. It is available in flake or powder form. It exhibits excellent surfactant property, high heat resistance, gloss, reactivity and resolubility. It is suitable for strippable coatings, overprint varnishes and inks. SMA® 1440 H by Cray Valley (TotalEnergies) is an aqueous solution of ammonia salt of SMA® 1440. It offers excellent compatibility with a broad range of formulation ingredients. It is an excellent pigment dispersing resin. SMA® 1440 H exhibits improved adhesion to plastic film and polymer surfactant property. It is recommended for paint applications. SMA® 1440 F by Cray Valley (TotalEnergies) is a partial mono-ester of styrene maleic anhydride resin. It exhibits solvent solubility, high solid solutions & aqueous base, lower glass transition temperature and lowest melt viscosity. SMA® 1440 F shows excellent compatibility with broad range of formulation ingredients, improved adhesion to the plastic film and polymer surfactant property. It is suitable for paints applications. SMA® 3840 F by Cray Valley (Total Group) is a partial mono ester of styrene maleic anhydride resin. It is a low gloss additive for powder coatings. It exhibits the broadest solubility in solvents and resins. It shows compatibility with epoxy resins. SMA® 2021H by Cray Valley (Total Group) is the medium molecular weight styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer solution, with an approximate 2:1 mole ratio, which has been neutralized with ammonium hydroxide. It exhibits high heat- and water resistance. It is available as a 15-20% solids solution. It balances higher styrene content with solubility in an aqueous base. It is suitable for overprint varnishes and graphic/art coatings. SMA® 1000 H by Cray Valley (Total Group) is an aqueous solution of the
ammonia salt of SMA® 1000. It has high solid content with very low VOC and viscosity solution. It possesses freeze-thaw stability, excellent surfactant, heat resistance, high gloss and reactivity properties. It is used in overprint varnishes and inks. SMA® 2021 by Cray Valley (Total Group) is a medium molecular weight styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer with an approximately 2:1 mole ratio. It is available in flake or powder form. It has high water- and heat resistance. It shows balance higher styrene content with solubility in an aqueous base. It exhibits broad miscibility in solvents/resins. It is suitable for coatings and overprint varnishes. SMA® 1440 HLS by Cray Valley (Total Group) is an aqueous solution of the ammonia salt of SMA® 1440. It is an excellent dispersing resin. It exhibits outstanding compatibility with broad range of formulation ingredients. It shows improved adhesion to plastic film and polymer surfactant property. It finds an application in paints. SMA® 2625 by Cray Valley (Total Group) is a partial mono-ester of styrene-maleic anhydride resin. It balances higher styrene content with solubility in an aqueous base.
