NeoRez® R-2005 by Covestro is a solvent-free polyurethane dispersion. It provides hard, chemical and abrasion resistant coatings. It is free from NMP, APEO, heavy metal, plasticizer and TEA.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is suitable for blending with a range of acrylics, clear and opaque formulations on a range of substrates.</li> <li> It is recommended for waterborne & flexible decorative and industrial coating applications, paints & inks.</li> <li> NeoRez® R-2005 has a shelf life of 6 months.</li> </ul> NeoRez® R-1010 by Covestro is an aliphatic waterborne urethane dispersion. Offers a unique combination of soft feel with low gloss coatings. It also provides matt appearance. It can achieve good chemical resistances when crosslinked with a suitable hardener. NeoRez® R-1010 is recommended for flexible coatings. NeoRez® U-371 by Covestro is a NCO-free, hydroxyl functional, semi-aliphatic elastomeric polyurethane. Exhibits high molecular weight Used as a sole binder or slightly modified with nitro-cellulose in gravure and flexo laminating inks. Provides elastomeric properties, no blocking tendency, very flexible, non tacky films, very good adhesion on a variety of plastic film, like OPP, PET, PE and PA, bond strength in a broad variety of laminates, low solvent retention and heat seal resistance. Suits for pigment grinding even organic pigment grinds can be prepared. NeoRez® U-347 by Covestro is a non-reactive, aromatic polyurethane grade. Exhibits high molecular weight. Used for gravure & flexo printing inks for laminates and for surface and interior printing several plastic films. Provides high adhesion, good flexibility, grease-, heat seal-, dry- and wet rub resistance. NeoRez® U-347 is used in combination with NC, modified with plasticizers and hard resins. NeoRez® U-335 by Covestro is a tack-free, aromatic, non-reactive polyurethane. Used in flexo & gravure inks for laminations, surface printing on flexible films, especially OPP, PE and PET. Exhibits high adhesion on to plastic films, good solvent release, high molecular weight and high flexibility. Offers very good lamination bond strength, good alcohol dilutability and heat resistance. NeoRez® U-335 produces elastomeric, grease and deep freeze resistant films. It has a shelf life of 12 months. NeoRez® R-1005 by Covestro is an APEO-free polyurethane dispersion. Used in leather-, textile-, paper- and peelable coatings. Exhibits high adhesion, abrasion resistance, good toughness and high flexibility. NeoRez® R-1005 has a shelf life of 12 months and is delivered as 39% solids in water. NeoRez® U-391 by Covestro is a non tin- and TDI-based, non-reactive, semi-film forming polyurethane grade. Used in flexo & gravure inks for surface printing, laminating on OPP and co-extruded films. Offers high adhesion, good jaw release, good bond strength, resistant to fat and grease. The shelf life of NeoRez® U-391 is 12 months. NeoRez® R-966 by Covestro is an aliphatic urethane emulsion. It contains no organic co-solvent and offers good toughness and flexibility. Provides ultraviolet light stability, abrasion-, water- and chemical resistance. NeoRez® R-966 is used in automotive and general plastic coatings. NeoRez® R-1030 by Covestro is an aliphatic urethane dispersion. Offers low slip, soft-feel and low gloss. Provides good adhesion and chemical resistance. Used for overprint lacquers on paper and board, film-, automotive interior- and general plastic coatings applications. Recommended for waterborne coating and is delivered in the form of 32% solids in water. The shelf life of NeoRez® R-1030 is 12 months. NeoRez® R-1021 XP by Covestro is an aliphatic, co-solvent free polyurethane dispersion. Provides silk feel, tactile effect and matt appearance. Exhibits good non-blocking behavior, good rub resistance, good adhesion, low slip and low coefficient of friction. Recommended for paper coatings, overprint varnishes and overprint lacquers. Suitable for waterborne coating and is delivered in the form of 32% solids in water. The shelf life of NeoRez® R-1021 XP is 12 months.
