NeoPac™ E-180 by Covestro is a solvent-free aromatic urethane acrylic copolymer emulsion. It provides tough (hard and flexible) films, ease of application and good flow out, abrasion-, scratch- and good chemical resistance.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is suitable for clear and opaque formulations especially in floor coatings and parquet lacquers which do require addition of cross linkers.</li> <li> It is recommended for decorative and industrial applications.</li> <li> NeoPac™ E-180 has a shelf life of 6 months.</li></ul> NeoPac™ F-3000 XP by Covestro is a texturizing agent and water-based binder based on hybrid technology. It provides high optical transparency and high rub resistance. NeoPac™ F-3000 XP offers good mechanical-, chemical properties and adhesion properties. It is developed for rough haptic effect coatings, gravure- and flexo printing. The targeted application is film coatings and overprint varnishes for paper & board. NeoPac™ F-3000 XP shelf life is 12 months. NeoPac™ E-114 by Covestro is a nonionic, aliphatic urethane acrylic copolymer. It offers very good chemical, solvent and hand cream resistance, good wood wetting properties, flow, gloss, transparency, hardness and scratch resistance. It is used in industrial wood coatings and metal topcoats. NeoPac™ E-140 by Covestro is an anionic, aliphatic acrylic urethane copolymer. It offers very fast drying, blocking resistance at high coating thickness, very good early water resistance and a balance of hardness & elasticity. It is used for water-based, industrially applied wood stains and clear coatings for joinery. NeoPac™ E-112 by Covestro is an aliphatic fatty acid modified acrylic polyurethane copolymer dispersion. It offers very good wood wetting, flow, high transparency, and filling properties. It shows good chemical-, solvent- and scratch resistance. It is used in water-based industrial wood coatings. NeoPac™ E-111 by Covestro is an acrylic polyurethane copolymer emulsion. It exhibits hardness and good chemical resistance. It offers very good imprint resistance and good solvent resistance. It possesses clear water and UV resistance. NeoPac™ E-111 is used in industrial wood coatings. NeoPac™ E-115 by Covestro is an anionic, aliphatic urethane acrylic copolymer dispersion. It offers very good wood wetting properties, gloss, flow and good resistance against chemicals & solvents. It provides scratch-resistant, glossy and transparent films. NeoPac™ E-115 is used in industrial wood coatings. NeoPac™ R-9699 by Covestro is a high solid waterborne urethane/acrylic copolymer. It provides hardness, flexibility, chemical-, abrasion-, and very good UV resistance. It is used in air-dry coating for automotive plastic, metal coatings, general plastic coatings, floor finishes and brushing varnishes. NeoPac™ R-9699 is suitable for exterior applications. NeoPac™ E-117 by Covestro is an aromatic urethane acrylic copolymer dispersion. It offers very good chemical and abrasion resistance. It provides high water & alcohol resistant and good sandability. It is used in parquet lacquers, industrial wood lacquers and floor coatings. NeoPac™ R-9000 by Covestro is an aliphatic urethane acrylic copolymer. This grade contains low VOC and is solvent-free. It offers very good flexibility, impact resistance and abrasion resistance. It is used in flexographic inks and coating for wood & plastic substrates.
