NeoAdd™ PAX-523 by Covestro is a non-mutagenic, low-toxicity, non-genotoxic polymeric aziridine crosslinker. Designed for water-borne industrial wood & architectural coating systems, floor coatings and parquet lacquers. Provides water-, alcohol-, detergent-, chemical- and humidity resistance. Also used in leather and textile coatings to improve detergent and scuff resistance. It enhances wet adhesion to specific substrates. Improves chemical resistance and mechanical properties. It is recommended at a dosage level of 4-8 %wt/wt for reaction with carboxylic acid functional water-borne acrylic emulsions or urethane dispersions. Shelf life of NeoAdd™ PAX-523 is 6 months. This product is not available worldwide yet. NeoAdd™ PAX-521 by Covestro is a low-toxicity, non-genotoxic and non-mutagenic polymeric aziridine crosslinker. Offers chemical and mechanical resistance including water-, alkali-, alcohol-, oil-, scratch- and rub resistance. It enhances adhesion to specific substrates. Designed for overprint varnishes and water-borne primers, inks and coatings for packaging applications. It is recommended at a dosage level of 4-8 %wt/wt for reaction with carboxylic acid functional water-borne acrylic emulsions or urethane dispersions. NeoAdd™ PAX-521 has a shelf life of 6 months. This product is not available worldwide yet.
