AEROL™ M40 by CISME Italy is a non-foaming dispersing polymer. It is recommended for the slurrying of pigments and extenders such as china clay, titanium dioxide, whiting agents, blanc fix, precipitated calcium carbonate, talc and ferrous oxides. It can maximize the dispersing efficiency in aqueous emulsion paint formulations. AEROL™ M40 offers excellent wetting properties and good gloss. It shows good stability & water hardness at pH range 7.5-10. It exhibits good flow and levelling properties in paints even at very high solids. The dosage level of the grade is 0.1-0.4%. It is approved by REACH. AEROL™ C45 by CISME Italy is non-foaming, sodium salt of polycarboxylic acid. It can maximize the dispersing efficiency in aqueous emulsion paint formulations to obtain high solids. AEROL™ C45 is recommended for the slurrying of pigments and extenders such as china clay, titanium dioxide, whiting agents, blanc fix, precipitated calcium carbonate, talc and ferrous oxides. It can maintain good flow & levelling properties as well as maximum hiding power and minimum floating & flooding. It shows effective performance over a pH range of 5.5 - 14. It exhibits good stability to water hardness and a complete hydrolysis resistance under warm or alkaline conditions. It is suitable for PVAc, styrene-acrylic, styrene-butadiene rubber and pure acrylic polymers. The dosage level of the grade is 0.1-0.3%.
