6% Manganese Octoate

Manganese Octoate. Acts as an oxidative catalyst and drier. It is a clean, brown liquid without suspended matter. It has low toxicity and promotes surface drying. In comparison to linoleate, phthalates and naphthenates, it provides better color, odor, stability and viscosity. It shows lower price level in comparison to synthetic acids and metallic salts like those prepared with iso-acids as well as neo-acids. Enables high metal concentration with superior quality and reproducibility. The paints, enamels and varnishes dried with manganese, lead and cobalt yield hard & tough dry films. Recommended dosage is 0.02-0.06 w/w% manganese metal on resin NV.

6% Rare Earths Octoate

Octoate. Acts as a drier. It is a clean liquid without suspended matter. In comparison to linoleate, phthalates and naphthenates, it provides better color, odor, stability and viscosity. Cerium in combination with cobalt driers provides an outstanding drying capability in low temperature and high humidity environments. Its yellowing tendency requires control in sensitive white enamels, clear color and varnishes. In oven enamels, it improves flexibility and hardness of the applied films. It is recommended to improve paint film polymerization and through-drying. Recommended dosage is 0.02 and 0.10 %w/w rare earth on polymerizable solids.

18% Zirconium Octoate

Non-toxic zirconium Octoate. Acts as a drier. It is a clean liquid without suspended matter. It improves brightness, elasticity, color retention and takes longer time to dry under high humidity or low temperature conditions as compared to lead. In comparison to linoleate, phthalates and naphthenates, it provides better color, odor, stability and viscosity. It shows lower price level in comparison to synthetic acids and metallic salts like those prepared with iso-acids as well as neo-acids. Enables high metal concentration with superior quality and reproducibility. It prevents lead-related inconveniences such as haze in varnishes, leafing losses on aluminum paints and sulfide stains on paints used in industrial environments. Suitable for children's articles paints. Recommended dosage is 0.20-0.80 w/w% zirconium metal on resin NV.
